I serve as team liason and project manager for this L.A.-based startup app focusing on recognizing street art. Though market research and competitive analysis, my team define target audiences, develop user personas, user scenarios, use cases, user experience trees, and feature value matrix to determine optimal navigation and content strategy. We developed usability testing plans and test screener questionnaires and performed online and in-person testing to validate our user research. The app launched in the App store in March 2016.

Food-Sharing Startup App

My role was to conduct market research and present market research summary to food-sharing startup app. The key recommendations of who and how the organization should be targeting provided optimal strategies to meet business goals. The app is currently being built and is slated to launch next year.

Entertainment Industry Website

This high-profile organization was eager to refresh their desktop website to showcase their new brand and provide easier access to information about movie theaters.  My team provided specifics of who and what exactly were users seeking. Through market research, we recommended key target audiences to attend to, ways to increase number of users and amount of time spent on the site, and strategies to leverage social media to push users to site.

Our findings helped the client prioritize where to devote resources to create strategies to reach core audiences and determine features that would most appeal to them.

This female advocacy organization provides resources for young females, and needed to get the word out and get more funding from partners and individual donors. They needed to drive more awareness about the organization and refresh the site design to render on mobile devices.

As part of website redesign process, I performed a competitive analysis and user research to uncover the most prominent demographic characteristics of people concerned with female advocacy and youth education determined a strategy how to best reach them. I created specific and detailed user personas including critical  tasks that align with business goals/requirements.

I  presented market research summary providing key recommendations of who and how the organization should be targeting to meet business goals. I provided documentation of competitive analysis, market research summary, user personas, and critical tasks.
